Exchange & Refund Policy

We do our best to offer our customers quality products and we ensure that they are delivered with the utmost care.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a replacement or issue a credit note for the value of the product(s), provided you:
  • Notify us via email to within 7 working days after delivery/pick-up.
  • Return the item(s) unused and in its(their) original packaging to Partytime Unit 1902, 19/F, Hing Wai Center, 7 Tin Wan Praya Road, Tin Wan, Aberdeen or to the store where you have collected your order from.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
Refunds are offered only on a product that has been found to be defective, or has arrived damaged (for delivery only), or if we are unable to exchange it due to the product being out of stock or the time required to exchange it is too long.
The following products are non-returnable:
  • Personalized party supplies
  • Helium-filled balloons
  • Food items
  • Special offer items
Requests for exchanges and refunds will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Partytime and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
